About triangle mazes

Each cell in a delta maze is a small triangle with three walls, so every move is a sharp change of direction. Paths zigzag across the page, which makes even a small triangle maze feel busy and challenging.

Because triangles tile a large triangle perfectly, a triangle maze in GenMazes has crisp straight sides instead of a jagged outline. The same is true for the diamond and hexagon shapes. Pyramids, mountains, pizza slices and sails all make good themes.
